I'm on exenatide and metformin. It works really well for me and helped me with my weight loss too!

Slow release Metformin, Gliclazide and Saxagliptin.  Only just managed to get my results stable

Same for my husband - Slow release Meformin - took a while to get the dosage right, but it is OK now.

Started out on soluble metformin, just as it was being stopped.  Now on Sitagliptin and Glimeripide.  Had to come off sitagliptin, now on Metformin.

I'm on Insuman comb insulin, and gliclazide. Can't say I'm happy with either of these meds. Diabetes has been around since ancient times, and yet we're still no closer to a cure. Those poor pharmaceutical companies have to keep coming up with yet more profitable makeshift solutions to deal with symptoms, but nothing to cure or even vaccinate against diabetes :(

Hi, I have type 2 diabetes . how can one manage it or keep it under control . I did the Roy Taylor diet good whilst I was on the shakes but then eat to much not good . Anyone out there who has done it and stayed ok with no meds .

I have had type2 for 11 years metformin was ok for years, then caused Skitters, so went on to slow release Metformin, with sitagliptin, skitters now OK.

I also have cancer, had my prostate removed, thought that was it, post Op my PSA rose to 14,

scan revealed cancer in  Pelvis, and spine. Yippeee!

Now have painful feet, Peripheral neuropathy, treated with lots of Gabapentin,and Duloxetine

I am on metformin slow release and can't get my hba1c under 53 . Going to see my diabetic nurse on Wednesday for advice 🤔
