I’ve taken to aqua therapy at my local pool, it’s been arranged by an NHS referral programme to assist those with any medical condition and I’m not only finding the benefit of movement in the water but that if the friendship in the group. We’re even going out for Christmas lunch. We’ve become really good friends. So it’s a big win for me. It’s a places leisure centre if anyone has a centre nearby.

Hey everyone, how have you been feeling lately? 👋
We often talk about pain, stiffness, and fatigue with rheumatoid arthritis, but what about those of us who seem to overheat more easily than others?
Some members in our community have shared that they feel constantly warm or experience intense waves of heat, even when others around them are perfectly comfortable. For some, this shows up as night sweats, heat in the hands and feet, or just feeling drained in warmer weather.
🗣️ Let’s open up the conversation:

This isn’t something many doctors talk about, and the research is still catching up, so your story might really help others feel less alone.
Looking forward to reading your thoughts 💬
