I find that using breathing and mindfulness techniques help take my mund off the pain so it at least is bearable

hi! I use walking as a pain reducing technique and it helps a lot. I walk for 2-3 hours, together with a group of friends, at a normal pace, making regular stops.
It is necessary that the road should be flat, without having to go up a hill.

Hi i have pain now that has gone to my knees especially my left one, walking not too bad but when I bend I cant get up or when I do cant stand on leg for a few mins. Is this normal. How much can this go to I hear alot more.
