I can cope with most of my health problems but struggle with my diabetes , it is more the stress of remembering to take the sixty odd medicines at the right time .If I have a bad night for any reason I become very stressed and it can become a vicious circle so I will try and have a lie down in the afternoon to relax and calm down not necessarily to sleep though

Yes the biggest stress is taking all the meds we have to take plus stress before a doctor's appointment
