Hi @EmMit92,
Thank you for starting this discussion, I really love how you’ve opened it up beyond just treatments to include the mental side as well. That’s something that often gets overlooked, even though it can be just as challenging as the physical symptoms.
You’re absolutely right, there’s so much conflicting advice out there, and what works for one person doesn’t always work for another. Sometimes it takes a lot of trial and error to find something that truly helps, whether that’s a treatment, a routine, or even a change in how we relate to our condition.
To open this up to everyone:
- What has helped you the most in managing your skin condition day to day?
- Have you found anything that made a difference for your mental wellbeing or confidence?
- Were there things you tried that didn’t work or even made things worse?

Hi everyone 🤍I’ve been reading through some of your posts and it’s honestly really powerful to see how open people are here.I wanted to ask – what has actually helped you the most when it comes to managing your skin (vitiligo, psoriasis, eczema…)? Not just physically, but mentally as well. There’s so much conflicting information out there, and everyone seems to have a different experience. Some people talk about routines, others about treatments like UVB therapy, and some say mindset made the biggest difference. What has worked for you personally? And what didn’t?Would really love to hear your experiences 🙏
