Hello @Woodbren I am like you, I test negative all the time but I really feel bad when I eat it, even before having all this eating problems, and my doc told me that if I felt it wasn't good for me it was because I am intolerant but not allergic so it depends on how you feel and if you feel better if you stop eating it. I stoped eating gluten and changed my life, a stoped feeling bloated every time I ate. So I think that is the answer, you might be intolerant but not allergic and that is why you test negative.

I've had blood tests and endoscopy for celiac, and although I had flattened villi, the tests were negative.
But I do believe Iam gluten intolerant as having anything with gluten makes me poorly.
Is there any other way of telling?
