Yes! In my case I go to the pool twice a week.

I run regularly and play with my kids whenever I get the chance. The bigger they get, the more of a workout it is :) I can feel it if I have a slow month workout wise. So it keeps me motivated that I can feel the impact. I used to run marathons, but not sure how that would work out now. Anyone has experience with heavy exercising like the marathon? I'm a little worried about it.

It is important to have regular physical activity when you are diabetic. Do you have a particular physical activity since your diagnosis?
