I go to the shop and there are so many types of yogurt options. Does any one know if the different styles of yogurt "Icelandic, Greek, Australian, plain ol yogurt" Do they have an affect on blood sugar levels? Asking because I'm have type 2.
Try to get natural yogurt 0% sugar.
Can't stand yogurt so have no experience of the horrible stuff!
