13 months ago I got gangrene on my left small toe . Had it amputated almost immediately. Might have jumped the gun there but I'm not sitting around waiting to see how much worse it could get because then I'm probably only sitting for life..

Hi everyone,
Foot care is one of those things that often get overlooked until something goes wrong. But for people living with type 2 diabetes, it’s a vital part of staying healthy. Small cuts or changes can turn into bigger problems if they’re not caught early.
Whether you do daily checks, use special creams, or have tips from your podiatrist, we’d love to hear how you take care of your feet.
