Hello,  I am at my wits end with Diabetes Type 2 since 2013, I am on metformin 850mg x 3 , Forixga 1 in morning.  I suffer with lower limb lymphodema from cancer surgery in 2005, so my excercise regime is limited.  I have lost weight due to the Forxiga, but I need advice, my biggest failure is that I dont eat enough.  I am not one to stuff my face, I unfortunately have a sweet tooth but do my level best not to indulge, however there are others in the house and I cant expect them not to have their sugar fixes when they want to as they dont have diabetes.  I would like to know where I can get a list online for breakfast, lunch, dinner menus for my diabetes diet.  I dont eat at the right time.  I have insomnia also so my waking times are different, my dietician isnt helping , not one bit understanding.  Very cold person. My sugar levels are rarely below 9 and up to 14.

Thanks for your help in advance
