Hello everyone, 🏃‍♂️🏋️‍♀️

Exercise is an important part of managing type 2 diabetes, but it’s not always easy to find the motivation or figure out which activities best fit your lifestyle and condition.

What physical activities do you regularly do to help manage your blood sugar? Do you have any tips or tricks to stay motivated and active?

I don't exercise, a seditary lifestyle is fine for me, it worked for women but now they are forced to work, their life expectancy is falling. They will be catching up with us worn out men, of course a class thing as the Middle Classes remain having a long life expectancy.

But I will say these millionaires slimming drug is starting to work lost over a stone, zero exercise, ideal for us obese diabetics and crips, see your GP now!
