Hey there, howโs everyone doing? ๐
We all know physical activity helps manage type 2 diabetes, but when youโre tired, busy, or just not feeling it, staying active can feel like a challenge.
Do you walk, stretch, dance, clean, garden, or move in other ways?
Have you found a routine that feels realistic and doable for you?
What benefits, big or small, have you noticed since getting more movement in?
