I am annoyed by:
the assumption that diabetes means you cannot take sugar.
The assumption that I at my way to type 2 diabetes. (This counts as the biggest myth)
Biggest mistake: casually mentioning my diabetes to my then manager at Secureworks in Edinburgh who then, as far as I can see, proceeded to manage me out.

Hello everyone, how are you doing?🍏
Type 2 diabetes often comes with unfair stereotypes. Some people believe it's purely caused by “bad eating habits” or that it's easy to manage with just willpower. In reality, type 2 diabetes involves complex genetic, environmental, and lifestyle factors.🧬🏃♀️
