I have sugar free muesli - obviously it has hidden sugars with the sultanas etc but it is tasty and filling.

Hello
Can someone tell me what they eat for breakfast.
I usually skip it because Im not hungry in the morning but I think not eating ends up spiking my levels later in the day. Its been a while since I regularly eat breakfast here is what I used to eat on various days because they are easy:Eggs - Oatmeal- Cereal- Bagels
What would be the best thing to eat?
