If anyone suffers with IBS or celiac disease I'd recommend a product called strong gut. It has millions of good bacteria. It's a probiotic. I find it wonderful. £18:99 from amazon. It calms the gut no more wind distorted or spasms. Its brilliant worth the money. Good luck you guys x

I recieved my results yesterday and i do have osteoporosis and have to stay on my tablets and my calcium but at least it wasnt what i thought it was its bad enough having osteoporosis but if had been bone cancer i dont know what i would have been like  its bad enough having all other illnesses and having breast cancer but that would have made everything worse, still have trouble sleeping, and feeling tired all the time but having something else i wouldnt have been able to sleep at all its all quite worrying im scared that this cancer is going to spread i still have more years before i get the all clear but it is quite worrying at times ,i get nervous when its time to have a mammogram, i know im not the only one but being me it feels like it , i have so many illnesses but the worse one is this cancer ,and this one can spread very quickly ,and this pandemic doesn't help with the other life threatening illnesses that i have its really worrying, this pandemic could cause me to die as i dont have any immunity to fight it off and having life threatening illness it is quite worrying i darent to venture out and when i  do go out i wear a mask just fod protection maybe if if was mandatory to wear a mask we would all be safe then it wouldnt be so scary well take card everyone stay safe Tiger xxx
