@Squidge   I feel the same, but where I live the temperature rarely drops below 24c...But yes I can only walk a few steps and then the sweating makes me wet all over. At night it is worse. Not to do with the weather really as I do have an air conditioner. Just wet wet wet....G

I would like to be able to cope with my severe emotional block to learning and performing normal work tasks, as anything I try to do is a struggle with my negative sell image; I also feel isolated as I have difficulty in making mature friendships as I do not believe in myself; often I present an image of agitation when in reality I am very frustrated and cut off from meaningful relationships with people. Even my family treat me as a damaged person, but I can understand this.

My wife would like to have aliviation for the constant pain, that is mainly in her arms and hands, however can be anywhere.

The pain in my joint, especially when it hits ALL the joints, shoulders, hips, knees and wrists...totally frozen from top to toes....feeling totally useless...

Pain would be my first option, although more mobile joints would maybe reduce the pain
