Im only 29, was dignosed a few months ago, iv been suffering for over 16/17 years.

I really struggle to get out of bed on me own, the pain in my feet is terrible, pain from head to toe, being tired all the time and trying to do everyday things, having a relationship, working long hours, is a struggle..

We do it because we have too.

No body knows how much we suffer, we smile and say we're fine, but deep down were in agony.

AS is hard work!!

I feel for you, i know what your goin through x

I’m 19 years old, I’ve had been suffering with this disease since the age of 8 and was diagnosed when I was 13.

It’s hard seeing your friends go out and doing all of these amazing things while you’re struggling to get out of bed sometimes, but we persevere because we have to and because you never know what we will make of our lives - with or without this illness.

Does anybody have any advice about going abroad for university and schooling? xx

I found that Pilates (for beginners) is amazing and it really helps with muscle wastage and building it back up - I hope you find something that makes it easier soon xx
