I walk every day, we look after a little dog during the week and when his family go away on holiday or for the day, He has to go out, no matter what the weather, and walking, keeping moving, helps me tremendously. My daughter also has AS (I tell her I passed on good genes too!) and she finds the same as me, that a gentle walk helps more than one at a pace, so we take our time...which is happen as well because he loves to sniff everything!

Hi everyone ๐
With ankylosing spondylitis, regular movement is often recommended to help maintain mobility and manage pain, but each of us finds our own balance between effort and comfort.
Are there any physical activities or relaxing practices that help ease your symptoms?
Have you discovered a sport or gentle movement (like yoga, swimming, stretchingโฆ) that feels especially good for your body?
Are there any routines or specific exercises youโd like to share with the community?
