At this time, I have  suffered chronic depression for 17 years, since I was diagnosed. How I feel at the moment is like I have been wound up as far as I can go.......but I'm trying so hard not to release. This means my feelings implode.....which then makes small problems seem like absolute disasters. I don't know where to go....

Hi Stumpy, I really do hope that you take my advice on your other post and phone your mental health crisis team. Christmas really is a hard time when you are unwell; but you have got through previous ones so focus on that .

Let me know how you get on please.

Always here for you.

Julie xx

Things didn't go well yesterday, the Police PCSO's were nowhere to be found, so no support there, and I'm not confident enough to start getting aggressive, although I am getting closer to that point, I wanted to see a doctor today, my antibiotics run out today, but there was no doctor in the surgery, yet again, so no more antibiotics, and no mental health treatment, no antipsychotics or beta blockers, I've sat all day today rocking and shaking, and I don't know how much longer I can last, I have to try to make it through the weekend, and hope there is a doctor in the surgery on Monday, I'm gonna take some Codeine, as I don't know what else I can do, tomorrow I'll go back to my Pholocodeine cough mixture, as it won't be clashing with the antibiotics, as their all gone by the end of the night tonight, my parents went to see a doctor only to be fobbed off with a clinical nurse, although she did give them antibiotics too now, but she can't help me, as she can't prescribe antipsychotic drugs as she's not qualified in mental health conditions
