Yes my love you do have to keep trying the only way is up and forward eliminate the negative and select the positive never let anything beat you if you feel down then bring up a beautiful picture focus on it and tap each leg while picturing it and I think you will feel ok after that's what I was told to do and it does help well it helps me at times love and hugs tiggs xxx

Hi things have not gotten any better in the last few weeks, still haven't gotten to see my new niece. My son works part time at the weekends so he is staying with my parents while he is working as they are closer to work and he is getting bored at home. So he is helping his grandad and uncles redecorating the parents house. I have started taking a drink when he stays with them and I haven't really drunk in fifteen years except maybe one or two at Christmas. But it makes me feel a little bit better and when I have to cut it definitely makes it feel a million percent better. I got told this morning that my nieces baptism is going to be in two weeks and my son has been invited but not me. So my back was killing me earlier so I took my oxymoron and I am just going to lie watching TV and having some Jack Daniels and coke and I don't care the rest of them think or say about me anymore. I am sick and tired of apologizing to everyone and it getting me nowhere, I am sorry that I am a fat useless lump while my sisters are two beautiful angels who are sizes 6 and 8 because whatever I do I am only going to be an embarrassment to all of them and just something to walk all over. I am really never going to be good enough for anyone so why bother trying all the time.

Hi I know it has been a while, since I posted. My dad had a major heart attack two weeks ago, he is stable now they put in two stents in the day he was brought in. My son was sick and so we couldn't go to the hospital, which he had been airlifted. My brother rang to let me know and then tells me not to worry. But that didn't help, he is out of hospital now. But with things being so bad lately, I have stopped taking my medication, and started cutting again. I just want to be normal and not just a waste of space. And an embarrassment to my family

If people are treating you this way then they don't deserve you as a friend or relative it is very hard I have been where you are I just walked away and concentrated on me and that is how you should just ignore them for a while they will come round eventually but show you are a care free woman that will upset them more love and hugs dont forget you are number 1 give it a go concentrate on yourself good luck love Tiger xxx
