Bah Things went so badly wrong again today, feeling ANGRY, haha you'll see on my other discussion post haha, what a crock of S**te, I really am feeling mad, I'm back off to the doctors again tomorrow

I am breathing, I've come over to see family so is a good distraction for now, will go in the morning to see my GP try to get my script in time to not have to change my plans for the day, either Mind, or Swansea for acupuncture, really need a chill out day

Well besides the doctors today, I did also get to Mind and have a bit of a chill out, so yay, my plans weren't totally scuppered lol and tomorrow I'm going for acupuncture, hopefully 2 sessions, one after another, wahoo, chill out before my holiday finally

Anybody else associate extreme pain from menstrual cramps with sexual abuse? Mine cause flashbacks and are so painful I get extreme nausea/vomiting, I can't eat, and crave either opiate pain killers to control the extreme pain, or unconsciousness caused any way possible, like petrol sniffing, I feel like I could hit myself around the head with a brick, or a hammer, it's so horrendously torturous, I can't sleep because of it, I want to stab my ovaries I hate it that much, why am I expected to just suffer this? I'm ba****d crying for g*ds sake :'(
