I have it in my thumbs which are painful all the time and also in a few fingers and toes

Mine is mostly in my feet knees and hands but feel it in my arms and shoulders on damp days. Some days i can hardly walk before it rains the pain is so intense . I have tried CBD oil hemp cream all without any joy. The thing i find just as effective is to rub in vic vapour rub cream into my feet and joints.

Pain in base of spine (degenerative scoliosis of the lumbar spine},left knee ( awaiting knee replacement ) and left shin . Also some lesser pain in right knee behind patella ; as this was replaced in 2011 , should have had a revision to pare the back of the patella , but chose not to at the time .
