I have a problem with my weight. I always eat the wrong food. It's like I comfort eating  when I'm depressed.

Hi Grundy have you any tips on how to lose weight. I've tried dieting. Doesn't work. I've tried Weight Watchers that didn't help. I've also tried diet chef. I didn't enjoy the meals that were provided. Help!

Try avoiding carbs...big-time. Carbs are sugar in another guise, and sugar will kill you..!
