Hi everyone 💙
With ulcerative colitis, finding foods that agree with you can sometimes feel like trial and error.
What makes it even more confusing is that some people continue to notice bloating, cramps, urgency or changes in bowel habits even when their UC is in remission.
Recent research is looking at why people with IBD may suddenly react to foods they previously tolerated, even when inflammation seems well controlled.
💬 What is it like for you?

Everyone’s experience with food and UC can be very different. What is the one food your gut seems to have changed its mind about? 😅
With care,
