Hello Linzilou
I have found your message on here and I feel I can give you some advices because not long ago I got the same symptoms. Even if I have Fibro my GP told me that those symptoms are more related to the menopause, but it is hard to know sometimes due to my condition. So what I advice you is to go to your GP cause it could only be menopause related stuff and then hopefuly you don't have to worry about something more ;)... On the mintime you can try puting some hot wet towels on your ankles, it has helped me with the pains.
I hope you find the source of your pain...
Cheers

Hello Linzilou,
I think my advice is the same as Ginger, you havee to ask your GP, cause it can be the menopause and you might be taking medication that you shouldn't and that is not right. The hot towel tip is really useful and also some yoga. Me yoga is my lifesaver.
