Hi my name is Ann iv had Ra for 28 years i was 23 when diagnosed, i find staying positive and not feeling woe me all the time as really helped. Iv not let it take over my life, in the beginning it was hell as years have gone by iv coped much better. What do you all think keeps u going and not giving up xx

When I feel my  back is starting to get still or my knees start playing up I just remind my body that he knows how to walk and to keep my back straight even though it has other ideas. The hardest bit for me is the RA fatigue still haven't found a way to counteract that yet.
