Hi everyone,
How are you today? 😊
If medications fail to prevent or slow joint damage, you and your doctor may consider surgery to repair damaged joints. Surgery may help restore your ability to use your joint. It can also reduce pain and improve function. Types of surgery include a synovectomy, tendon repair, joint fusion, and joint replacement.
Have you undergone surgery? Which kind did you have? How long was the healing process? Has it helped?
I'll tag a few members who may have considered or gone through surgery and can offer some insight.
