I go to a hydro pool 3 times a week, and do exercises in the warm water, it is the only place I can exercise, the warm water really helps with movement and I feel I have accomplished some exercise without damaging my joints.

Hydrotherapy is claimed to be beneficial for rheumatoid arthritis patients no matter how many joints are affected: it helps you relax your muscles and ease the pain.
Hydrotherapy includes doing special exercises in a warm-water pool, with the help of special equipment. A physical therapist is there to help you do the exercises correctly.
