Hi everyone, have you noticed that your teeth have shifted after wearing your CPAP mask? Is this common? What should @breathfree do about it?

I don’t think it’s common but I did notice I was grinding my teeth a lot more. Your dentist would be able to advise better tho

I haven't noticed this either, but I'm newer to sleep apnoea. I agree, definitely ask your GP and/or dentist!

@breathfree Interesting, I'll ask my partner if he's noticed it. What type of mask do you use?

Hi everyone,
I'm relatively new to sleep apnoea and my CPAP and I've noticed in the past few months of using it that my teeth appear to have shifted... Has anyone else had that happen? I'm a tad concerned about it...
Thanks for any replies xx
