How about you? Do you do yoga? If not, what kind of sport do you do?

I do gentle stretches and some yoga what my body allows. Due to extensive metal work in my spine, certain yoga poses are not achievable. Chair yoga helps where standing and lying positions unachievable. Every bit of exercise is of great help. its better to do some than not at all. Stretches do help with flexibility. Aqua Fit classes are of great help, as you don't feel the weight in the water. Swimming helps me a great deal too..

I'm looking into swimming for my osteoarthritis. I wonder if yoga is possible with arthritis? (I have UC and osteoarthritis).
