Hi everybody,
Recently I've been starting to really get my blood sugar under control thanks to my medication and the efforts I've been putting into my diet, but what worries me is that I always have higher blood sugar in the morning... Is this something I should be worried about?

Thanks in advance to anyone who answers! xx

@yolanda Hi, sometimes this happens to me when I slip up and snack before bed. Have you noticed if it happens when you've eaten right before going to sleep?

My experience of high readings and resolving the issue is to simply loose weight, then the levels return to normal.

Most days i find i can control my sugars but when you have a 2yr boy running around its sometimes easy to forget to eat which is my down fall. Im a cuddly lass and my weight is not the issue as some hint at being the problem. My issue is when i dont eat.

Hi, this happens most mornings with me, and I have about 2/3 days where it is low.

Thank you all for answering! @henrick No, it happens when I haven't eaten before bed, very mysterious. If I can get in to see my GP I'll bring it up to him.

Hi,

I want to ask does anyone else suffer with their vision, if my blood sugar is low I have blurred vision and if my blood sugar level is high, then I almost get square eyes.
