I have high blood pressure and high cholesterol along with my diabetes. I take so many pills and I'm not a great organiser.. Needless to say, I easily forget to take my pills.

Does anyone else have problems with this ? And do you have any advice on how to manage it better?

You can get one of those little boxes for pills.. they have weekdays written on them, so basicaly you put all your pills for one week into each little compartment. Then you have it all sorted for one week! just empty one compartment a day :) Of course it doesn't help remembering to take them. For that I suggest you set an alarm every day.

If you have a smartphone, set alarms every day - preferably 2-3, just so you are sure to remember. And the pill box is also a good idea to keep track. Otherwise good old post-its could do the trick. Put them on objects you use often. E.g. the coffee maker, the tv, the bathroom mirror, etc.

Good luck!

these days I find my pharmacist is more organised and supplies my medicines once in 15 days and mark the medicines I should take every day.  I take my pills for sugar first then my B.P tablets.  Seldom My B.P or sugar level goes up.  But when my sugar level goes down I will know what is wrong and will do the necessary things to correct it.  Similarly, when my B.P goes up I know I am angry and try to calm down myself with a glass of clean water.  Any suggestion?
