My husband got some Tiger Balm for his sciatica but it didn't help him, I thought I'd give it a go. It's really helped, I apply it from my waist down to my knees and although I smell very herbally it has really helped. It has helped with the pain in my hips and thighs when in bed and helps with walking during the day.
Has anyone else tried this?
