I had a hip replacement in 2018 I feel better after operation but I can't bend my left leg fully and I have difficulty putting on socks and tying laces so I have slip on shoes now I keep moving to keep joints going I can't sit to long

After number of years with osteoarthritis . I have had no choice but to have a hip replacement . Any one who had any helpful tips, recommendations or just a friendly ear for people to chat to all is welcome .
