@Sandie7 Hi Sandie, I know I won't get any better so I'll save the hope for something else, on the whole I'm quite up beat about everything, I was poorly all through childhood, teens, 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s and still in my 60s so I think I can safely say it ain't going to get any better😀  so you just have to make the best of what you got.

I do have the odd down day, but my glass is half full, I've a good sense of humor a fabulous hubby a pretty good family I nearly died with a stroke three years ago so I hoped then I would get through it and I did, so I use hope when there is a chance for change. Take care now, best wishes Sonia x 😊

@Sandie7 it is always nice to have some wishes Birthday 🎂 or just the best of.

Don't think 🤔 of it as a slippery slope think of it the Autumn year's where you can do just as you please 😊

If you want cake in the middle of the night or ice cream for breakfast, have it, yes we have pain we can't run anymore but as I tell my very reasonably fit (far better than me) 87yr old mother in law "we wake up every morning" so we can choose our day, take each day as it comes and enjoy ....Sonia x😍
