@Izzyjamal‍

Hi Izzy

I sent you an email to the address you gave me, but it bounced back saying address not found. Then I sent you a message on the mobile number you gave me, that also bounced back, saying, unable to deliver the message, number not recognized. in my email to you I had given you my email address and my telephone number. Please can you check your details again and send them to me so I can forward you my details. Have you collected your orange mobility scooter yet? You were going to do that yesterday from your friend's garage. Good luck with your eye hospital appointment on Monday.

Love

Christina

 I know just how you feel about being breathless when I finished my radiotherapy it has left me with Emphysema C O P D if I walk to my chair to the loo I get out of puff I have a continuous cough I have just had a high intense C T Scan ,but I spent 3 days in hospital with a really bad chest infection I have been given antibiotics and steroids but I still have this cough I also was given another inhaler as well as taking seretide and salbutamol that I was already taking but now have to wait for my results of my scan I'm on so much medication it's a wonder I dont rattle when I walk so having breast cancer has been a really up hill struggle and I have to wait five years before I come off of anastrazole then another four years after that before I get the absolute all clear I shall be 74 then but as things are now I feel really nervous its hard to stay positive because that breast cancer makes you wonder if it will spread to any other part of your body I'm worried at the moment of getting my results in case it has spread to my lungs as I saw what it was like for my mum when she developed lung cancer but she never got rid she passed away in 1995 and I remember the pain she was in and I'm scared that I'm going to be like that it's very frightening and worrying for me as i dont want my family feeling that way as i did tiggs 09

@Tigger.co.uk  Hi ..I feel so sad for you going through all this. Do you have a good support group e.g. family, good friends. I hope so as you need to have a network around you to love you and help you through this. You certainly have it here on our forum but talk to your family about how you feel and what you fear. I too have been through a similar situation when my son died and I nursed him through his last year or so. There was very little support for me as he died of AIDS and in those days it was thought of being "his own fault" and people were hurtful to us both. Firstly, drop one "G" from your name and call yourself "Tiger" for strength. Then, as a nurse I would suggest you drink more water or juice or good old fashioned hot lemon and honey. Using "Puffers" tends to dry the mouth and throat so get at least 3 litres of fluid into you per day.  I am far away from you on the other side of the world but I send you all my support and love and healing. Stay as strong as a "tiger" my friend. Much love..Gloria xxxx

Thank you gloria I'm so sorry for you losing your son to aids people never understand I had a lot of friends die with aids it must have been very hard for you that being your son people are to ready to judge my dad was in a mental hospital and the stigma for that is also horrendous as I was a growing up I was bullied because of him being in there they didn't understand how I felt him not being with us they bullied me from being a toddler till I left school 24/7 every day there wasnt one of them there was gangs of boys and girls it was never ending I couldn't tell my mum as she had enough to worry about and most of my friends and cousins were in the gangs so I had to fight to keep strong but I never let them win I could have committed suicide but I never gave up I just carried on fighting to stay strong i have been through hell and back all through my life I've been raped ,3 bad marriages,1st marriage was domestic violence, been on the streets ,had been stalked ,had my life threatened ,had to identify my dad when he fell out of his hospital window ,and help nurse my mum with cancer till i lost her ,then found out i had all these illnesses, coeliac disease so i cant eat the food I want now breast cancer , emphysema and lymphoedema, so that's like the icing on the cake that's why I have PTSD low moods depression and anxiety but that's my life but thank gloria for your kind message ,I understand how you feel please take care love tiger

@Tigger.co.uk   Hiya, so glad you have a new name "Tiger" All those painful memories my dear, how did you cope....being a tiger helps eh. Do you remember the ad on TV years ago..".I've got a Tiger in my tank" Well, I'm sure you have. Keep the tiger well fed with love from us here...especially me. I know where you have been as I have a similar story. But now this is about you. Feed yourself with love, listen to the birds, watch a sunset, feel the wind in your hair, Buy some perfume and cook up your favourite meal, gluten free of course. Pamper yourself, you deserve it. Keep in touch, my email address is Balicrisiscare@hotmail.com...you can tell me anything, even secrets, they will be safe with me. Love always..Gloria
