The urgency, the pain I can put up with but the not being able to wait and constant explosive diahorea makes life very difficult and messy! Day to day life , I’m used too. But anywhere new causes me to worry. I’ve had to go, on the beach, in the woods, on the moors. If there isn’t an available toilet, I’m in trouble.

If I could get rid of one of the symptoms of Fibromyalgia and CFS, And spine problems, it would be the pain! It’s very debilitating and after awhile drags you down, but close second would be Fatique…..I have medications to help, but they only take a slight edge off the pain….so everyday, is very challenging, not only to move, but to get out of bed and start moving….Everything is such an effort, but to do nothing, is also debilitating and stiffness sets in….so it’s a vicious circle, that never ends!

Shortage of breath, although I do not have any chest problems, clear X Rays etc, I have this problem, it is only a problem when I am on the move, at rest there is no problem. I was told by my doctor about 6 years ago that I have a leaky heart valve, but not to worry well he would say that. Then again I am now 82 but it is a bugger this getting old.

Fatigue.  Unfortunately, like so many others, although I have multitudinous symptoms with my MS, I keep wishing I  could get rid of my flipping fatigue, I'd be able to have such a better quality of life.  An old Disney song, I believe has the line in it, "A wish is a dream your heart makes" - hoping all our wishes come true, especially with Christmas around the corner?  Although now 70 yrs old, still believe anything is possible x

Back Pain is what i would like to get rid of. After 5 Spinal surgeries, I am bent from my hips and having to walk with crutches. Since I was diagnosed as having autoimmune disease, my spine seems to be bending a lot more and that is cuassing me a lot of pain. May be thye Steroids are thinning my bones. I am on Alandronic acid tablets once a week to prevent that happening. But i have to take Steroids for 2 years. so the treatment hjas to continue.

Here is wishing every one, Admin, and every one else, a Merry Christmas and a Happy new Year. Let us hope that it will be a lot better than last one, if this new variant does not get in the way and we have a complete lockdown. We haven't seen our son and wife and our little granddaughter for a long time. If there is no lock down, he will pick us up to stay with him for 4 days over Christmas and bring us back, as we are still vulnerable and can not risk public transport

Wishing every one good health and abundance of happiness

Love and God bless every one.
