I’d dearly love to be able to move freely without falling. I dream of how I used to skip down flights of stairs when I was in my late teens, early 20’s.

Hello ,do you use anything on your skin for the itching ,if you can try Cetraben d this is good for the skin , also maybe drink a lot of water to help hydrate your skin , just a little suggestion to let you know people care , it must be so frustrating , give it a try and good luck with it x

For me it has to be methotrexate. I suppose the drug works but, if you are on off it because you are taking any antibiotics, it really messes with your hippocampus, the part of the brain extremely important for short term memory. It messes with it anyway when I'm on the dose, but when you're on the same dose weekly i-90 how to handle it how to deal with it. Stop starting it is the worst, I feel myself repeating things, keep asking to repeat what another has said, pardon what did you say, I didn't hear that, and it just sounds I'm a dummy. The worst has to be losing track of conversations all the time

@KPangela Yes i use Aveeno moisturiser and Cerevee cream it helps for a while but the itching only stops when i go to sleep again ! Not always easy as the itching is so bad it often keeps me awake until the early hours when i fall into an exhausted sleep for an hour or two.

Had my fourth injection last Saturday, my arm ached for 2 days but felt ok after also they have changed my inhalers instead of triopium and seretide I now have a trim bow finding it much more helpful with my cough not coughing quite so much but still getting my headaches and feeling very tired plus still have my bruises on my knees from my fall in pound stretchers so when I go out I use my tubing grip to help with the pain Tigger
