So after a long battle, with mental health since 9 years of age also physical and mental abuse, then I was given away to a stranger really. The at 16 joined the Army and at the age of 17 and a half, I faced a 2 and a half year posting in Northern Ireland back in 88. Then when I left in 91. I have been left that long I now have traumatized brain damage, from the very people we fight and die for.
Anyway, my point is after a 20-year battle I am proud of myself for helping in the Armed Force Conivent and Mental Health taught in school. Still much to do also and hope everyone is using the free choice to be Happy. :) Keep Safe

Hello LeeBee, thank you so much for the update! I'm glad to hear that you're doing well! Can you tell us a bit more about "choosing to be happy"? What led you to this technique? How do you go about it? Has it helped you a lot?

Has anyone else tried this technique? Has it worked for you? How do you set intentions to choose happiness? If you haven't tried it, does this sound like something you'd be interested in?

What led you to this technique? How do you go about it? @Courtney_J Something we think if we die, for is that others are Living by the 7 values in life and how we function as humans, plus nutrition. I guess what led me here is been destroyed. Then confronting the people that support the abuse. :) No offense to the people here of course. :) My abuse started at 9 years of age then given away to a stranger with no legal process. The first attempt on my life was 14, anyway at 16 I joined the Army and then from 17 and a half till 20 I spent in a war zone, lost 12 of my brothers never given any treatment. But have recovered as far as I can of course I still have traumatized brain damage. I also if it helps I was a bad person after that and in 1991 I left. The best way I can describe it is to study the 7 values in life it is something we think is happing and willing to die for. Then be very real with yourself on how our lives and choices fit into the 7 values. I was a dick and accepted it. Instantly changed me once I realised it worked. No meds needed. :)

Indeed  Athiest, 2 stages was realizing what I actually really wanted to be and then applied the 7 values to us feck religion it's all about me. Anyway stage 3 acceptance of my triggers, stage 4 Build a life around no triggers or escape them as much as you can. I cycle, hike walk the less noise the more we can process. Stage 5 once we make it work stick with it till we can move forward and still remain normal. Due to my damage guys sorry for the dribs and drabs, what my brain says and my fingers type are 2 different things. Rofl hey makes us all human no? x

Most Mental Health if not all mental health, is always caused by an external source first and foremost and never us (all). x Free choices

I have nothing and own nothing and live with Traumatized brain damage and yet with my control and the help of true people I Live on my own never cook as I would burn the house down. Yet have built up a close group of selected family and I need nothing else. Plus I recover more everyday. :) Free choices, not forced choices.x

I have schizophrenia and executive dysfunction which basically put is brain damage I think that for me choosing to be happy is not that easy I rely on medication to keep me stable due to having a chemical imbalance in the brain
