Yes 100%. I can not do half of what I used to do and need support just to get about now where before I was so active. This condition has effected me both physically and mentally

Hi everyone 💙
How are you doing today, truly?
Living with fibromyalgia is more than just managing pain or fatigue. It can quietly reshape how you move through the world. Some members feel like they’ve lost parts of themselves that they once knew well, like their energy, independence, or spontaneity. Others discover strengths they didn’t know they had: resilience, empathy, or a new way of listening to their bodies.

There’s no right or wrong way to feel. Your story, just as it is, might help someone else feel a little less alone today.
Take gentle care,
Somya from the Carenity team 🌼
