Hey juju,

About physiotherapy I do think is a good idea! It is not a cure, as anything is for our condition lol, but it helps a lot to relieve the pain, stiffness and fatigue. I started a while ago and I didn't believe it could actually help, cause I was doing some yoga before that and it didn't fix much, but the physiotherapy has, at least I feel I have a better mobility and less fatigue and that is great! Obviously I combine it with some meds, no stress, etc... but it does help.

I hope it works well for you too

I have a appointment on 23rd April, thought that was quick, only speaking to GP Friday! Just hope I get some benefit from it and help with my arms and legs, just feel I don't have any part of these limbs right now, frustrated!

I have just had my second session. They don't seem to do a lot, show me what to do and send me home with sheets of exercises. Worked on my neck last time and she said I looked great this last time. I have not even began these new exercises for my shoulders and arms because of my headaches and nausea. Just get the feeling she rushes the session a bit.
