I've been diagnosed a little bit over a year now... And I guess I'm still as confused as when I was diagnosed. The doctor at the time told me that it could have been brought on by an infection or virus or another medication and that's been in my head ever since. There's so little information out there, especially about the warm type specifically that at first I found myself trolling the internet like a mad woman trying to find out what my future would be with this disease.
