@Somya.P - it’s very difficult as everyone is different and responds differently to tools used. I’ve found the app carbs & Cals very useful, along with the libre sensor. I try to exercise gently daily, and avoid stressful situations as much as possible. I’ve found meditation apps useful. I hope some of this helps, Diabetes is a tricky one, and what works one day, for me, May not another.

I use a MiniMed 780G with a Guardian 4 sensor which monitor my blood sugar and administer insulin as required - with boluses when I eat.

Hi all-
I'm living with Type 1 diabetes and I'm constantly trying to optimize my management. I'm curious to know how others handle the daily challenges. What are some effective strategies you've found for managing blood sugar levels, especially during busy or stressful times? Are there any particular tools or apps that have made an impact on your diabetes management?
Thanks a bunch for sharing your experiences!
