How are you today?
Living with type 1 diabetes in the day-to-day is not always easy... Fortunately, many tools and services exist to help patients to better manage the disease.
What about you? Where have you turned to to find more information about type 1 diabetes? Do you use any digital health tools like a mobile app or connected device? What other services have helped you to live better with diabetes in the day-to-day?

@Courtney_J I know there are all sort of apps and things these days to help with things but at my age I honestly get lost with it all. If they could make it "stupid proof" that would be appreciated! 😂
