My is on a 'sea food' diet but has never been advised from specialists to avoid certain foods. Although I am trying these days to get her living/eating more healthily. She well beyond her original life expectancy of 5 years some 10 years ago, so we just continue to enjoy the time we have and make the most of it.

Hi everyone,
Even if there is no special diet for lupus patients, there are certain foods that should be avoided and others that should be consumed more.
Have you ever talked to your doctor or consultant about your diet? What did they advise?
Have you noticed that some foods make you feel worse or better? What are they?
If you have something to share on this subject, don't hesitate to do so!
Thank you
