Hi everyone, how are you today?
Have you found that your lupus makes you sensitive to the sun (photosensitive)? If so, how does it affect you? What kinds of symptoms do you experience? How do you handle it?

It is a common problem with Lupus, I get a red rash and have even passed out in too much heat, The advice is to wear factor 50 sun cream and a hat, Iwas even advised to wear cream in the car.

Hi all,
I spent the other day outdoors in a friend's garden. I didn't think it was that sunny out but since then I've been in all sorts of pain in a terrible flare-up. It's never happened to me before. Has anyone else had this happen?
