Hello, I tagged you all because I am interested in your diet with lupus, have you made any big changes?

@JosephineO Since I have been diagnosed with lupus I have been very careful with my diet, make sure to get my five a day with fruits and vegetables; To be honest, the hardest thing I find is the complete lifestyle change that I have had to make. No more takeaways at the weekend...it is all brown rice and vegetables!
I would like if some poeple could share their recipes? I tried one of the recipes that was shared on Carenity by a lupus patient and it was very nice, cauliflower and corn soup! Here it is for others to try: link

Hello everyone,
As every sufferer of lupus knows, having a correct and balanced diet can really help to manage the symptoms of lupus and to help avoid flare ups. How have you adjusted your diet after your diagnosis? Do you have any great recipes to share or certain foods that you really miss?
Recently we had a lupus patient share two of her recipes; an Easy Baked Eggs in Avocado and a Creamy Cauliflower and Corn Soup
Feel free to try them out and add your own recipes for others to enjoy!
