Pacing is the word when Doug everything, you don’t have to do all task at once, if you need it ask for help or start the task have a break and return to it, it doesn’t matter and don’t let it make you feel bad, there is always another time another day.

Hello Courtney
After cleaning up my study, I spent 40 minutes doing 3 exercises for 40 minutes from the link you sent me. That is the best link you sent to motivate us and get off our back sides and do the exercises to suit all abilities, biginners, intermediate and advance. So well don Courtney and thank you.
Happy Easter.

Hello hochiwich I'm also housebound in the same situation as yourself it seems. As for grocery deliveries impossible all slots fully booked for months ahead. No one seems to notice or care about disabled people getting fresh food or any food. Hope your well take care x

Today (13 April) is a slightly more difficult day as the wind has now turned to the north Easterly which means it's quite chilly and it's windier than previous weeks so I haven't really got outside in the garden but I did manage to deadhead all my daffodils and pull out all the horrible brown leaves so my front garden is looking a lot better

Hello everyone,
I'm glad to hear that you are all doing well and I hope you had a long and restful weekend! Today I've got a little indoor project for some of our gardeners, or even those who have never gardened before!
How to: Grow an Avocado from a Seed (A Complete Step-by-Step Guide), Project Diaries
I've just tried this myself this weekend, hopefully I'll have some good results in a few weeks!
Take care,
Courtney

@pancake I can't see my family or partner or anyone. I've always been used to being out and about and working. Seeing people and socialising. Now I'm stuck in, I've cleaned the house, washed everything I can, gone for short walks. Spoke on the phone, video link as well, but it's not the same. I can see how people are going to get very depressed and lonely .I know it's the best thing to do but when you hear and see people having parties, and BBQs it makes my blood boil. Keep safe and well. X

@Annie65 yes it does make you feel better. A lot of people I know have said that when they go for short walks etc they feel panicked and have to come home. They feel strange being out in the open and vulnerable.

Hello everyone,
During this Coronavirus pandemic, many of us have been advised to "social distance" ourselves or even to stay at home, limiting contact with strangers, friends and even in some cases, family. No more outings to the cinema, the shops, the theatre and all those things we love to do.
We may be "stuck" at home, but let's not let it get us down!
Here are a few little ideas to help you keep busy while staying at home!
