Hi everyone,

I’m looking for some honest feedback from peoplewho live with back pain. My chiropractor recently recommended the Demko bed‑system,
saying it’s one of the best setups for long‑term back support and spinal
alignment.I’ve been reading their reviews and watching theirvideos, and honestly… they look almost too good to be true. If
everything they claim is real, then this bed would be worth any money. But
before making a big investment, I really want to hear from people who actually
deal with back pain every day.Has anyone here heard of it or actually tried it?Did it help your back pain, and how was the transition period?Any real‑world experiences — positive or negative —would be hugely appreciated. Thanks in advance for your insights.

Hi @BrygidaMalcolm,

Thank you for starting this discussion. I’ve slightly updated the title to make it easier for members with back pain who may have experience with the Demko bed system to find and join the conversation.

  • Has anyone here tried this bed system or another specialist bed or mattress for chronic back pain?
  • Did you notice any changes in your pain, sleep quality, or comfort over time?
  • If you've invested in a specialist sleep system, was there an adjustment period, and did you feel it was worth it in the end?

Whether your experience was positive, negative, or somewhere in between, your perspective could really help Brygida make a more informed decision.

Looking forward to hearing everyone's thoughts.

Take care,
Somya from the Carenity team 🌼
