Hello everyone,

A prostate cancer diagnosis can bring significant anxiety, whether it’s about the uncertainty of the future, treatments, or regular check-ups. This anxiety can be hard to manage in everyday life.

What strategies do you use to cope with anxiety or stress related to your illness? Do you have relaxation techniques, activities, or routines that help you stay calm and at ease?

Your experiences and advice could help other members better manage their emotions. Whether it’s meditation, exercise, or talking with loved ones, each method can inspire others who are looking for ways to ease their worries.💬💙

Take care,
Somya from the Carenity team 🌼
